How do I check on my prescription status?
Call us at (702) 405-9500 or email info@americanwellnesspharmacy.com with your prescription details. Providers can also check order status through the provider portal. We’ll do our best to give you a fast update on where your order is.

We aim to respond to all messages within one business day. For urgent matters — including prescription questions or shipping issues — please call us directly at (702) 405-9500 during pharmacy hours for the fastest response.
Where are you located?
We’re located at 2775 S Jones Blvd, Suite 100A, Las Vegas, NV 89146. We primarily serve patients via mail-order shipping across multiple states, but you’re welcome to contact us with questions during business hours.
