At our pharmacy, we strive to ensure that all medications are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Please review our policies below before placing your order.

Out-of-State Shipping

Refrigerated Medications

• Shipped via FedEx 2-Day Express, Monday – Wednesday
• Pricing: Varies based on package weight, size and destination

Frozen Medications

• Shipped via FedEx Overnight, Monday – Thursday
• Pricing: Varies based on package weight, size and destination

AWP FedEx Shipping Policy:

All FedEx shipments require a signature at time of delivery, no exceptions. AWP will contact patients prior to shipment to confirm address and availability. ln the case of a damaged or lost package in transit, American Wellness Pharmacy will file a claim on your behalf for reimbursement, with no guarantees. Please refer to FedEx.com claim reimbursement policy for coverage information.

Non-Refrigerated Medications (Out-of-State & In-State)

Shipping Method

• United States Postal Service Ground (3 – 5 business days)

Pricing

• $8 for non-controlled medications (no signature required)
• $10 for controlled medications (signature required)

Delivery Requirements (All Shipments)

• A signature is required for all FedEx shipments, local deliveries and controlled substances sent via USPS upon delivery — no exceptions.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
• Undeliverable or returned packages are NON-REFUNDABLE, including shipments returned due to missed delivery attempts.

We currently ship to the following states:

Local Delivery: Las Vegas/Henderson areas

Fees

• FREE for orders over $250
• $15 delivery fee for orders under $250

Delivery Window

• Local deliveries occur Monday – Friday, between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM

Delivery Locations

• Delivery available to:
  • Clinics
  • Patient homes (Direct-to-patient delivery is required for controlled medications.)

Signature Requirement

• Patients or authorized agents must be present to accept and sign for the delivery — no exceptions.

Failed Delivery

• Undeliverable packages returned to the pharmacy are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• A $15 redelivery fee will apply if delivery must be attempted again.
